1. Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and actions taken through your account are treated as your own.

If credentials leak, reset your access password and change your login password in the console immediately.

2. Traffic packages and billing

Billing is per traffic package, not a subscription: the purchased GB is granted in full at purchase and stays valid for 30 days from that date.

Buying again for the same product line while it is still valid adds the new traffic to what is left and resets the validity to 30 days from that purchase. If the pool has already expired, it starts fresh from the new purchase.

Recharge bonus and referral rebate percentages are those shown in the console at the time of the order.

3. Acceptable use

The service is limited to accessing public data for lawful business purposes.

• No attacks, intrusion, authentication bypass or unauthorized access to systems
• No spam, fraud or violation of others' privacy
• No activity that breaks the law where the target site operates
• No reselling or sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Availability

Mobile exits depend on real cellular networks and online devices. The availability, region and carrier of any single exit IP change with device state, and we do not guarantee any specific IP remains available.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance; incident progress can be tracked through tickets.

5. Refunds

A traffic package is considered delivered once granted and is generally non-refundable. If traffic is entirely unusable due to our fault, open a ticket and we will handle the unconsumed portion.

Accounts restricted for violating section 3 are not eligible for refunds.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, and total liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid in the 30 days before the incident.

7. Changes

Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
